Cancellation Policy
A refund of the registration fee is available up to 60 days before the course, minus an administrative fee of €100. No refunds will be provided within 60 days of the course start date.

Course Venue
Both the Live Surgery and Hands-on courses take place in the same building; however, the meeting rooms are managed by different entities, so the directions to each are different, despite being only about 30 meters apart. The main entrance to the hospital and the main entrance to the university are located on opposite sides of the same building.
